Our website is resory.jp. Resory Ltd. is a company registered in Japan, founded in June 2015. Our office is at Namba Skyo 27F, 5-1-60 Namba, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan. Our Representative Director is Go Nagai.
Our email addresses
Our staff email addresses always end in @resory.jp. An email claiming to be from Resory that comes from any other domain is not from us.
Ask us directly
If you are not sure a message or call came from us, do not reply to it. Write to info@resory.jp yourself with the name of the person who contacted you. We will tell you whether it is genuine. Whichever channel we used, you can check it the same way.
What we never ask for
We will never ask you to pay us, and we will never ask for your passwords. When we need details to send your compensation, we ask only for the payment information required (this varies by country).
Why we contacted you
Resory is a Japan-based expert network firm specializing in expert interviews. Our clients are companies and consulting firms researching markets around the world. They want to learn from professionals who work in those markets.
For each project, we search from scratch for people who work in the relevant field, identifying them by company and role, and contact them directly. We find people through sources including public professional profiles such as LinkedIn. We contacted you because your background matches a client's research needs.
We would like to ask about your experience in a paid interview. It is not a job offer, and replying does not commit you to anything.
What happens if you say yes
Reply to our message
Let us know if you are interested. You are free to say no, and there is no obligation at any point.
Answer a few short questions
These questions are not paid. We ask about your experience, based on what the client wants to learn, and read your answers to check that your background fits. Not everyone we contact is invited to an interview.
A 60-minute video interview
If there is a fit, we schedule the interview at a time that suits you, usually on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. We ask about your professional experience and your view of the industry.
Payment within 3 business days
Your compensation is sent via Wise or PayPal within 3 business days after the interview.
What you can expect from us
Nothing confidential
We never ask for trade secrets, proprietary data, or information covered by NDA or confidentiality agreements.
Decline any question
If a question makes you uncomfortable, you do not have to answer it.
Stop at any time
You may decline our request, withdraw at any point, or stop the interview. There are no consequences for doing so.
Check your employer's policy
We recommend reviewing your employer's outside activity policy before you take part. If prior approval is required, please obtain it before the interview.
We do not name the client
We do not tell you which company has asked for the research.
Your name stays with us
Before an interview, we share your professional background (company, role and career history) and your answers to our short questions with the client, without your name. We do not share your contact details.
If you would rather not take part
If you would prefer not to hear from us again, reply to our message or email info@resory.jp and let us know. We will not contact you again, and where appropriate we will delete your personal information.

You are free to decline. There is no obligation, and there are no consequences for saying no.
