Our compliance commitment
Every engagement at Resory is conducted with integrity. We are committed to ensuring that all interviews remain ethical, transparent, and within the boundaries of each expert's professional obligations.
Four core principles
These apply to every interview we arrange. Taking part is always your choice.
No confidential information requested
We ask only about your professional experience, perspectives, and general industry knowledge. We never request trade secrets, proprietary data, or any information covered by NDA or confidentiality agreements. You are free to decline any question you are not comfortable with.
Participation is always voluntary
You may decline our initial request, withdraw at any point during the process, or stop the interview at any time. There are no consequences for doing so.
Your employer's policies respected
We recommend reviewing your employer's outside activity policy before participating. If your organization requires prior approval for external engagements, please ensure you have obtained it before the interview.
No insider trading involvement
Resory does not conduct interviews for the purpose of obtaining material non‑public information (MNPI). Our work is focused on general market and industry knowledge to support business decisions, not securities trading.
Internal compliance training
All Resory staff receive regular compliance training covering the following areas.
- Confidential information and MNPI
Staff are trained to identify questions that may touch on confidential information or material non-public information, and how to handle such situations during interviews.
- Conflicts of interest
Staff are trained to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest between experts and clients before and during the engagement process.
- Data privacy
Expert personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of arranging research interviews. Before an interview, we share an expert's professional background (company, role and career history) and answers to our short questions with the client, without the expert's name. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
