How we find the right experts
Our team looks for the people best placed to answer your question, one project at a time.
Step 1
We start from the question
You tell us what you need to learn. We work out which industries, companies and roles are most likely to have first-hand answers.
Step 2
We search from scratch
We do not simply pick from a database of registered members. For each project, we look for the people who work in that field, identifying them by company and role.
Step 3
We contact each person directly
Our team reaches out to each person by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or other channels.
Step 4
We check before we propose
Candidates answer a few short questions about their experience, and we share the answers with you along with each candidate's background. You then decide whether to interview them.
What you receive
You see each candidate's background before any interview takes place, and you decide.
- Candidate proposals
We select only the one or two candidates whose answers fit. For each: the country where they work now, their companies and roles by year (company names included), their current responsibilities and experience, and their answers to our short questions. Candidate proposals usually take 3 to 7 days from your request.
Withheld: the candidate's name.
- Your decision
If a candidate fits, we schedule the interview once you approve. If not, you can decline. There is no charge if you decline the candidates, or if we cannot find a candidate.
